Selected Bless Jade pieces can be customised with initials, names, pearl colours, chain lengths, gift packaging and gift messages. Available options may vary depending on the product.

How to Personalise Your Jewellery

Step 1: Choose Your Jewellery

Select the necklace, bracelet, earrings or gift set that best suits your occasion.

Step 2: Select Your Available Options

Depending on the product, you may be able to choose:

• Pearl colour
• Chain material
• Chain length
• Initial
• Name engraving
• Gift box
• Gift message

Step 3: Enter Your Personalisation Details Carefully

Please enter the name, initials or message exactly as you would like them to appear.

Before placing your order, check:

• Spelling
• Capital letters
• Selected chain length
• Selected pearl colour
• Delivery address

Example:

Name engraving: Emily
Initial: E
Gift message: Happy Birthday, with love.

Step 4: Review Your Order

Please review all details before completing checkout. Personalised products are prepared according to the information submitted with your order.

Changes to Your Personalisation

If you need to correct a detail after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your personalised item is being prepared.

Processing Time

Personalised items normally require 3–7 business days for preparation before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

Personalised Returns

Because personalised products are prepared according to your selected details, they are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order.
